In response to item 12.5 of Section 1 -- Instruction to Bidders AMEC would like to express that RDA Construction has clearly demonstrated the ability and willingness to cooperate with all stakeholders on a construction stie. RDA performed pile-driving operations on the airside of the Logan Internationnal Airport on small sites and in various areas simultaneously. This was done under a very aggressive construction schedule, all the while inter-mingled with the excavator, demolition contractor, site contractors and most importantly moving aircraft with out incident or complaint.

RDA was also very quick and responsive to the ever-changing needs on the project. RDA was first to the table with solutions to problems; it was a pleasure to work with RDA on the Hold Baggage Screen Project.
